Studio Rules
By confirming a booking, the client agrees to the studio rules listed on this page.
General Use
The studio is a professional rental space for photo and video productions.
By booking the studio, clients agree to respect the space, equipment, and building.
Maximum capacity: 8 people inside the studio at the same time.
Booking & Time
Rental time includes setup and breakdown.
Clients must leave the studio on time in the same condition as received.
Extra time may be charged if the studio is not vacated on time.
Responsibility
Clients are fully responsible for all people they bring into the studio.
The booking person is liable for any damage caused during the rental period.
Any broken, damaged, or missing equipment must be paid for.
Equipment Use
All equipment present in the studio may be used at the client’s own risk.
Clients must have basic knowledge of handling professional lighting and stands.
The studio is not responsible for injuries caused by misuse of equipment.
Safety
Lights, stands, and pantograph systems must be handled carefully.
No climbing on equipment or structures.
Pathways and exits must remain clear at all times.
Furniture & Space
Furniture may be moved but must be returned to its original position.
No drilling, painting, or permanent modifications are allowed.
Cleanliness
The studio must be left clean.
Trash must be collected and placed in the designated area.
Liquids near equipment must be handled carefully.
Food & Drinks
Allowed in moderation.
Not permitted near lighting, electrical equipment, or paper backdrops.
Backdrops
Paper backdrops are consumable.
If heavily damaged, stained, or torn, replacement costs may apply.
Smoking
Smoking allowed only on the balcony.
Strictly forbidden inside the studio.
Noise
Respect neighbors and building environment.
No loud music or disruptive behavior.
Bathroom Use
Bathroom may be used for preparation and basic shooting.
Must be kept clean and dry.
Personal Items
The studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten items.
Liability
Clients use the space and equipment at their own risk.
The studio owner is not liable for injuries, accidents, or technical failures during use.
Cancellation
Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking may be charged 50% of the booking price.
No-shows or same day cancellations may be charged in full.
